Face to Face Counselling takes place within a therapy room in Bedfordshire. Face to face counselling is the most popular form of therapy as it provides you and me the opportunity to respond 'in the moment' to emotions arising from the work being done. It also provides us the opportunity to work together creatively, using art therapy and other creative ways of working.
Online Counselling sessions are held using an online platform such as Zoom for example. Being able to see me means that you will have the benefit of face to face counselling from your devise within your own environment. This is particularly helpful for those who are not able to attend session in person.
Telephone Counselling offers an alternative to face to face counselling and is particularly helpful for those unable to visit in person and for those who wish to protect their anonymity.

" When I first came to therapy I found it really hard to open up about my past, but Michelle helped me to open up and taught me that it was okay to speak about how I was feeling and to understand my emotions that I found difficult to manage. Michelle has been the first person I have fully opened up to about what I had been through, she made me feel so comforted and not judged, which I have not experienced before. I honestly can say that Michelle has helped me in so many ways. I refused to go to therapy for years, now I would highly recommend it!".
